About this page
Edze is the education technology brand of ZEVRONAI LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. This company website introduces our work and provides business and support contact details. It does not offer app account registration or collect student records.
This page is not a finalized privacy policy for a released Edze application. It does not establish which features or data practices will apply to a particular app release. For website browsing and email enquiries, read our website privacy notice.
Before using an Edze application
Check the privacy notice supplied for the specific application and version you are invited to use. It should explain the information collected, its purposes, service providers and sharing, retention, available controls and how to make a privacy request. If that information is missing or unclear, contact us before providing personal information.
For school-managed use, also ask your school about its own notices and how it handles school records. Do not assume that a school invitation alone explains every use of a learner’s information.
Children and family information
Please do not send student records, children’s names or photographs, identity documents or other sensitive information through the general email channel. Start with a description of your question without identifying a child. Our team can discuss what information, if any, is needed to follow up.
Privacy and account requests
You can email hello@edze.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject to ask about information you have shared, a correction, or an account or data deletion request. Identify the product involved and describe the request without sending passwords or sensitive records.
We will review the request and explain the next steps and any limits that apply. This contact route does not describe an in-app deletion feature or promise a particular deletion timeframe.
