What to include
- The app or service. Tell us which Edze product you are using.
- Your device. For example iPhone or iPad model and the iOS or iPadOS version.
- What happened. A short description of the issue, the steps that led to it and a screenshot if helpful. Before attaching it, redact children’s names, faces, student IDs, contact details and any other personal or sensitive information.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or student records by email.
